Membership Classification and Fees

Full Family
A full Family membership entitles the Member, spouse and all unmarried children under 23 years of age who are living at home or in college to all Club privileges.

Full Family Junior

A Full Family Junior Membership is available to those individuals age 35 and under, entitling the Member, spouse and all unmarried children under twenty-three years of age who are living at home or in college to the same privileges as a Full Family Golf.

Corporate

A Corporate Membership is identical to a Full Family Membership in privileges and monthly dues. The Membership is issued in the name of the corporation, firm or group, and is then assigned to a single officer, director or executive for his /her use. This entitles the designee's spouse and all unmarried children under twenty three years of age who are living at home or in college to all Club privileges. There shall be only one designee which may change from time to time, subject to the approval of the Admissions Committee and payment of a change of designee fee. No further initiation deposit is required on subsequent designees as long as the Membership is maintained on a current basis.

Corporate Associate

A Corporate Associate Membership is granted in the same manner as the Corporate Membership: to business associates who are in the same company as an existing Corporate Member. Associate Memberships are afforded a substantially reduced initiation obligation and enjoy the same privileges as a Corporate Membership with corresponding monthly dues. There is a limit of three Associates Memberships with each full Corporate Membership.

Tennis
A Tennis Membership entitles the Member, spouse and all unmarried children under twenty three (23) years of age who are living at home or in college to all Club privileges excluding golf privileges.

Social Membership
A social membership entitles the member and family to full dining privileges excluding golf and tennis.

Non-Resident Limited
A full family membership offered on a year-to-year basis to residents outside Marion County.

Corporate Associate $4,000
Tennis   $3,000
Social   $2,000
Non Resident  $4,800/per year   

Plus applicable sales tax a food and beverage minimum of $300 per quarter will apply 

Golf

• Member cart fee- $75 per month.
• Walking allowed anytime during weekdays and after 12noon on weekends
• 18-hole golf course was built in 1994 and designed by Steve Newgent, includes elevation changes, extensive bunkering and beautiful water features

Tennis & Swimming

• Upper Deck clubhouse
• 5 clay & 2 asphalt courts- 3 lighted tennis courts
• 2 full time tennis professionals available for lessons
• USTA league play, Day & Summer

Clubhouse

• 15,000 square foot elegant clubhouse
• Charter Room, Grille Room, Lounge, wraparound covered porch & meeting rooms
• Mens and Womens Locker Rooms
• Full Service Golf Shop

• Junior Olympic size pool & kiddie pool

Membership Dues effective January 1, 2007

• Full Family, Corporate & Corporate Associate - $435.00 a month.
• Junior - $326.25 a month.
• Tennis - $200.00 a month.
• Social - $110.00 a month.

Dues are subject to applicable state sales tax
